Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy based on patient needs and medical direction. You will educate patients, arrange adaptive equipment, and help restore maximal function through individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include documenting care, training other staff, and participating in quality initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Michigan licensure are required; BLS certification is needed within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Valid Michigan driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and develop plans to restore maximal function.
• Document evaluation and treatment in compliance with standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers; train rehab staff as needed.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
