Responsibilities

• Gathers pertinent data from chart and discusses with physician as necessary.
• Independently assesses all patient types as assigned.
• Recognizes additional needs during evaluation and makes timely decisions on testing.
• Interprets results and formulates measurable and attainable goals.
• Reassesses patient progress regularly per policy.
• Identifies appropriate equipment and discusses with patient and family.
