Job summary

Responsibilities

• Documents progress notes and treatments according to department policies and goals.
• Delivers treatment to referred patients by clinical protocols.
• Responsible for implementing optimal patient care within assigned caseload.
• Charge entry with accurate documentation of treatment and equipment.
• Communicates effectively with health care team including patient, family and physicians.
• Develops and educates patients on safe exercises and home exercise programs.
• Contributes to education of co-workers, students or community by developing or presenting educational materials.
• Assists with preparing patient and family for discharge and attends case conferences.
• Performs clinical skills professionally in assigned area and supports program development.
• Maintains department cleanliness and attends required meetings.
