Job summary

Direct Jobs is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement care for assigned patients in a clinical setting. The role requires evaluating patients, setting measurable goals, and reassessing progress in accordance with standards and policies.

Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree, with LPT license in the state of practice and BLS certification. Work schedule is 5 days, 8 hours per day, with a full-time employment type.

Qualifications

• Gathers pertinent data from chart and discusses with physician as necessary.
• Independently assesses all patient types as assigned.
• Interprets results and sets measurable goals.
• Reassesses progress per policy and medicine.
• Identifies equipment needs and discusses with patient/family.
