Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Renton, WA clinic. You will provide evidence-based rehabilitation to patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers a compensation package between $89,000 and $137,500 with productivity incentives, plus robust benefits including student loan repayment, residency options, CME support, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Physical Therapist license in the state
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapies
• Document progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries
