Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Burien, WA clinic to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services and improve patients’ mobility and quality of life.

The role offers a compensation package ranging from $89,000 to $137,500 plus a $20,000 sign-on/retention bonus, with incentives tied to patient access and clinical impact. Join a team committed to innovation and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Valid PT license is required.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Stay updated on advances in PT techniques and technologies and apply as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to Plan of Care and follow up on noncompliance when necessary.
• Work with nonclinical staff to support caseload needs; delegate to PTA when applicable.
• Promote a collaborative culture aligned with service vision.
• Adapt to changes in patient schedules and daily patterns.
• Adhere to professional and regulatory standards.
