Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation services and determine care plans with clear documentation.
• Explain findings and treatment plans to patients and families and involve them in goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on evaluation and patient needs.
• Modify plans of care as conditions evolve and coordinate with other professionals.
• Document encounters accurately and manage timely scheduling and discharge planning.
• Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor to staff and students.
