Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure required as deemed necessary for your location.
• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• This position has a hiring range of : USD $74,214.00 - USD $134,596.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation services including review of pertinent historical information, performance of assessments, and documentation of results.
• Explain evaluation findings and treatment plan to patient and family and involve patient and family in goal setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in implementation of treatment protocols and modify plan of care as needed.
• Complete discharge planning and timely documentation and billing for patient care activities.
• Maintain scheduling, productivity, and contribute to education and mentoring of staff and students.
• Pursue continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor when needed.
