Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Integrates subjective and objective data to establish a treatment plan.
• Utilizes exercises, physical agents, and manual techniques to address deficits.
• Maintains thorough documentation with coding and billing.
• Communicates with other disciplines and referring providers to improve outcomes.
• Mentors new staff and participates in education for students and professionals.
• Supports cost-saving initiatives and performance improvement programs.
