Job summary

• Qualified physical therapy assistant candidates with PTA degree.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists.
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by following a plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Help develop and implement treatment programs tailored to patient needs.
• Assist with all phases of therapy and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient responses.
• Communicate with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard PT equipment.
