Crunch Fitness in Westland, MI is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to lead and develop the PT team, drive performance, and uphold brand standards in a high-energy club.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• At least 2 years of personal training experience is required.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM.
• Competitive pay with base salary plus bonus and commission; guaranteed minimum salary for first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training team.
• Oversee PT systems, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules; ensure Time & Labor records.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance and provide guidance.
• Support Membership Counselors with fitness and supplementation presentations to drive retention.
• Deliver personal training services, including customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
• Build and maintain your own client base through consultations, kickoffs, and training sessions.
