Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of the personal training program. You will lead and develop trainers, ensure performance goals, and uphold brand standards.

You will manage schedules, drive member satisfaction, and build your own client base through consultations and sessions, with a base salary plus bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Must have at least 2 years of Personal Training Experience.
• Must be available to work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Full-time: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM.
• Competitive pay structure: base salary + bonus opportunity & commission.
• Guaranteed minimum salary for the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training team.
• Oversee PT systems, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules; ensure accurate Time & Labor records.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide guidance.
• Support Membership Counselors with fitness and supplementation presentations to drive retention.
• Deliver personal training services, including customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
• Build and maintain your own client base through consultations, kickoffs, and training sessions.
