Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of our personal training program and lead a team of trainers in Michigan. The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and driving member results while upholding Crunch Fitness brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent, CPR/AED, and at least 2 years of PT experience. Full-time availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with base

Must hold a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification
Must have at least 2 years of Personal Training Experience
Must be available to work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays?

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training team.
Oversee PT systems, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
Develop and manage weekly schedules; ensure accurate Time & Labor records.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide guidance.
Support Membership Counselors with fitness and supplementation presentations to drive retention.
Deliver personal training services, including customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
Build and maintain your own client base through consultations, kickoffs, and training sessions.
