Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals at our Berkeley Heights club.

You will drive the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the fitness floor, coach team members, and contribute to member satisfaction and revenue through personal production and strategic coaching. You will onboard new hires, manage scheduling and processes, educate on products and services, and help the team reach personal and division goals while upholding Life Time's

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certified Personal Trainer.
CPR and AED Certified.
2+ years of personal training experience.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
Own the client experience and outcomes for all clients on the team.
Act as a player-coach by managing your own book of business with Dynamic Personal Training.
Ensure quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and floor experience.
Set productivity goals and drive department-wide initiatives and meetings.
Generate new clients and refer them to the appropriate trainer based on needs.
Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events, including 60 Day programs.
Manage scheduling, admin tasks, and coordination for all programs and classes.
