Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Allen, TX seeks a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and foster successful careers within Life Time. You will ensure an exceptional on-floor training experience and mentor team members while delivering your own production.

You will coach live sessions, onboard new staff, manage connectivity and sales processes, educate on products and services, and help the team meet personal and division financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential is required.
• CPR and AED certification is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
• Oversee the total client experience and outcomes on the fitness floor.
• Act as a player-coach by managing your own book of business and delivering Dynamic Personal Training.
• Ensure quality, consistency of programs, services, and floor experience for the team.
• Set and meet productivity goals; drive department-wide initiatives and meetings.
• Prospect and refer new clients to staff based on client needs and skills.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Handle scheduling, admin tasks, and coordination for programs and classes.
