Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier lives by building relationships and delivering education-driven experiences. The role emphasizes safety, client programming, and excellent customer service at our PA location.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, designing training plans, and promoting personal training services. Candidates should have a valid CPT, CPR/AED, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs clients during sessions on proper use of cardio, flexibility, and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and motivate members.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education.
