Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer in Minnesota to join our team. You will conduct service appointments, analyze body fat, offer nutritional counseling, and create individualized exercise plans. Build strong member relationships and help clients reach their fitness goals while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The role emphasizes motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to drive member success alongside sales objectives within a fast-growing fitness company.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification required.
• First Aid & CPR certification required (Grace period offered).

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members' goals.
• Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises.
• Keep the facility clean and tidy.
• Help achieve monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Partner with sales/management to help new members reach fitness goals with personal training.
