Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification or plan to obtain within 60 days
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutrition counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members’ goals
• Monitor and assist members to ensure proper exercise form
• Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness
• Assist in achieving monthly revenue goals set by management
• Collaborate with sales/management to help new members achieve fitness goals via personal training
