Snap Fitness in Minnesota is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, motivate others, and bring a fun upbeat attitude to our growing franchise.

You will conduct service appointments, analyze body fat, provide nutrition guidance, create individualized programs, and help members reach their goals while maintaining a clean facility and contributing to monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer or willingness to certify within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and proper form of exercises.
• Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members' goals.
• Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals established by management.
• Partner with sales/management team to help new members achieve goals with personal training.
