Qualifications

• Certification in a nationally accredited program or agreement to obtain within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments including body fat analysis and fitness guidance.
• Advise and develop personalized exercise programs.
• Monitor form and safety during workouts.
• Maintain facility cleanliness.
• Help achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales/management to onboard new members.
