Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a friendly and energetic Personal Trainer to lead tailored fitness programs for members. You will conduct sessions, onboarding, and complimentary services while aligning with Life Time's Core 3 Brand and philosophy.

You will assess client goals, design efficient workouts, monitor technique, and promote personal training services. This hourly role offers commissions based on personal production and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout and achieve goals.
• Monitors and instructs clients during sessions on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
• conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.

Skills

Certified personal Trainer

CPR and AED Certified

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of personal training experience
