Job summary

Cobble Insurance Agency in Moore, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This service-focused role requires strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and the ability to manage customer needs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance agency experience preferred.
• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of personal auto, homeowners, dwelling fire, umbrella, and related Personal Lines products.
• Comfortable working with multiple insurance carriers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or frustrated customer conversations professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to prioritize and manage a steady service workload.
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and coachable.
• EZLynx experience is a strong plus.
• AgencyZoom or similar CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service existing Personal Lines customers, primarily auto and homeowners accounts.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, additions and removals of vehicles and drivers.
• Handle billing questions, mortgagee changes, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and policy document requests.
• Assist customers with renewal questions, coverage questions, cancellations, and reinstatement issues.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting and service needs.
• Clearly explain premium and coverage changes to customers.
• Document customer interactions and policy activity accurately.
• Follow service requests through completion rather than simply passing work to another team member.
• Identify potential coverage gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and retention concerns.
• Help retain customers by looking for solutions when they are considering leaving.
• Assist with claims questions and direct customers appropriately.
• Work closely with the Personal Lines team to keep service work organized and completed promptly.
