Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Oklahoma.
• Three+ years of experience managing personal lines accounts.
• Deep understanding of policy coverage, exclusions and rating factors.
• Strong command of agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders with patience and clarity.
• Manage renewal process for existing accounts to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Process policy changes, endorsements and billing inquiries accurately.
• Identify gaps in coverage during reviews and suggest policy adjustments.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to resolve discrepancies and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain meticulous records in the management system.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Oklahoma.

Deep understanding of policy coverage, exclusions, and rating factors.

Strong command of agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

Prior experience with carrier portals such as Safeco, Progressive, or Travelers.
