The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil litigation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with a paperless workflow, including California discovery and e‑filing rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Confident in a paperless work environment.
• Knowledge of California e‑Filing rules.
• Familiarity with California discovery rules.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Type at least 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents.
• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel.
• Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts.
• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation.
• Manage and calendar court deadlines.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Maintain organized case files.
