You will draft, review, and organize key pleadings, manage deadlines, and coordinate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel.

In a fast-paced, paperless environment, you will ensure accurate filings in state and federal courts, maintain meticulous case files, and contribute to a culture rooted in Excellence and Justice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Confident in a paperless work environment.
• Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules.
• Familiarity with California discovery rules.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Type at least 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents
• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
• Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Maintain organized case files
