Qualifications

• Supports multiple attorneys in a litigation practice.
• Experience with case management software is preferred.
• Experience with e-filing in federal, state and local courts is preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare legal documents in proper format.

Responsibilities

• Manage case deadlines.
• Prepare legal documents: complaints, answers, discovery, motions, briefs.
• Daily client contact and communication.
• Communicate with courts and opposing counsel.
• Organize documentation for trials and evidentiary hearings.
