Job summary

SR Staffing is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic litigation team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves managing all phases of plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation, including drafting legal documents and coordinating with clients and experts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high‑volume caseload independently.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff‑side personal injury.
• Strong understanding of Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and civil litigation procedures.
• Proficiency with legal drafting, proofreading, research, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation files from filing through resolution.
• Draft, prepare, proofread, and properly format legal documents.
• Assist with trial preparation and coordinate with witnesses and experts.
