Job summary

LumenCeler Group is seeking a talented litigation paralegal in Los Angeles to oversee day‑to‑day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution, serving as the primary client contact.

You will coordinate all aspects of PI files, maintain files in cloud-based software, gather documentation, and support with depositions, legal research, and trial exhibits, ensuring timely progress and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years civil litigation or personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with thorough follow-through.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files through Litigation Phases.
• Maintain litigation files using cloud-based legal software.
• Gather and organize supporting documentation.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Assist with depositions, witness preparation, legal research, and prepare/manage trial exhibits.
• Ensure files progress efficiently and timely.
• Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy.
