The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience.
• Prior experience with plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Experience handling cases throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Experience propounding and responding to discovery.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, declarations, and other litigation documents.
• Knowledge of California court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with personal injury cases from filing of the complaint through trial.
• Prepare, propound, and respond to written discovery.
• Draft motions, oppositions, replies, and other litigation documents.
• Draft pleadings, declarations, notices, and exhibit lists.
• Assist with discovery responses and document production.
• Calendar and monitor litigation deadlines.
• Notice and coordinate depositions.
• Coordinate hearings and court appearances.
• Organize documents and exhibits for filing.
• Assist with electronic court filings.
• Prepare professional correspondence to clients and opposing counsel.
• Maintain organized electronic case files.
• Assist with deposition/hearing preparation and trial preparation.
