Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Irvine, CA team. The successful candidate will work closely with trial attorneys, supporting before, during, and after trials to develop litigation skills.

Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, active CA State Bar membership, 1+ year of litigation experience (personal injury preferred), and strong writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Active CA State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience; personal injury preferred.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and assist trial attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Prepare demands and manage cases pre-suit.
• Draft legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with litigation paralegals and case managers.
