Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney in West Hollywood, CA to manage claims from inception through settlement, ensuring clients receive fair compensation.

The role requires a JD, California Bar in good standing, 1+ year of PI experience, and strong written and oral communication. You will handle cases independently and with a team, guiding clients through complex litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 1+ year of personal injury attorney experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy, integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Litigate personal injury cases strategically by developing case files.
• Draft pleadings including complaints, motions and oppositions.
• Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions.
• Prepare, conduct, and defend depositions of percipient and expert witnesses.
• Argue motions and attend hearings in court or remotely.
• Draft mediation briefs and negotiate settlements actively.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Regularly update clients on case status.
• Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials.
• Manage and supervise litigation staff and paralegals.
