Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience; 3+ years in banking preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus and preferred for this role.
• Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound and in-branch interactions, using defined sales processes.
• Create customer loyalty by delivering a differentiated experience and guiding customers to PNC solutions.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and supporting daily branch operations.
