D.L. Evans Bank, a community bank serving Southern Idaho and Northern Utah, is seeking a Personal Banker. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding relationships, and serving as a backup teller and loan assistant. The Personal Banker helps customers achieve financial goals and supports the branch team.

The candidate should have strong customer service skills, basic banking knowledge, and the ability to operate common office equipment. EOE/AA/Vets/IWD.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience, including cash handling, required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures preferred.
• Able to operate related computer applications and business equipment listed in the job posting.
• Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.
• Verifies transactions, monitors deposits, and detects discrepancies.
• Maintains security of the work area and cash handling.
• Opens and closes accounts by obtaining information from customers.
• Presents and explains Bank services and products to customers.
• Assists in servicing loans and processing payments and documents.
