Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum formal education of High School Diploma and minimum of zero to six months of job-related experience.
• Active CNA certification is preferred. BLS/CPR required within 90 days of start date or orientation completion.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical care to assigned patients and performs nursing tasks under supervision.
• Implements orders promptly with understanding of their purpose.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort through positioning, hygiene, and safe handling.
• Documents data in the computer system and communicates observations to the team.
• Assists with unit equipment and maintains a clean, stocked work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
