Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR within 90 days of start date or orientation.
• Experience in a hospital environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical care to assigned patients and performs tasks including point of care testing.
• Implements nursing orders promptly with understanding of their purpose.
• Follows policies for patient care activities and equipment use.
• Provides patient comfort and safety with courtesy and responsiveness.
• Enters data into the computer system as applicable.
• Communicates patient information and observations to the nurse in charge.
