Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to merchandise while maintaining stock and a neat floor.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, comfortable with technology, and able to work flexible hours including weekends. Training is provided, and teamwork is essential in delivering a WOW shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends.
• Comfortable with technology such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues respectfully and professionally.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, including exchanges when possible.
