Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales. You will greet customers promptly, share product knowledge, keep merchandise organized, ensure the floor is well stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and handheld/mobile devices.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Willingness to learn procedures via on-the-job training.
