Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, catering, or bartending preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in both bartending and serving roles.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible event schedules.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the brand.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and professionally.
• Set up, stock, and break down bars according to event standards.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, family-style meals, and passed hors d'oeuvres.
• Maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as directed by management.
• Work collaboratively with Event Managers, Chefs, Bartenders, Servers, and Kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area throughout the event.
• Follow all company policies, venue regulations, and safety procedures.
