Job summary

Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem, PA is seeking immediate part-time bartenders to provide high-quality service during events where alcohol is served, ensuring accurate transactions and strict adherence to liquor laws.

You will set up and service bars, monitor guest consumption, maintain inventory and cash reconciliation, keep areas clean, and assist with closing duties, while delivering courteous, professional experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Minimum 1 year of high-volume front-of-house or bartending experience.
Experience in hospitality or entertainment venues preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and service assigned bar locations before and during events.
Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to all guests.
Enforce liquor laws and venue policies, including verifying IDs and adherence to service limits.
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain inventory control sheets.
Verify and account for liquor, beer, wine, and related inventory before, during, and after shifts.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar work areas per safety standards.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Assist with closing duties including cash reconciliation, cleanup, and restocking.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
