Job summary

Gwinnett Technical College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty in Business Management. This part-time, non-benefited role reports to the Program Director of Business Management and is paid as a lump sum based on contact hours taught.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field or at least 18 graduate hours, with preferred experience in both face-to-face and online teaching, and Microsoft Office certifications. The position supports recruitment, retention and job placement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Master's degree in related discipline or at least 18 graduate hours in discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers lecture and/or lab course material.
• Prepares lesson plans for classroom and/or online instruction for general core courses.
• Evaluates students’ progress toward goals and objectives.
• Maintains all required documentation and administrative reports.
• Ensures safety and security requirements are met in the training area.
• Assists with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts.
