Qualifications

• MBA or related Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Business Administration.
• Ability to teach in person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Experience with LMS (Blackboard Ultra or Canvas) and AI-enhanced teaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction in assigned General Business Administration courses.
• Prepare thoroughly for each class session and instructional hour.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and student performance records.
• Grade assignments and provide timely feedback.
• Counsel and advise students on performance and progress.
• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Develop instructional materials aligned with curriculum and outcomes.
• Design schedules, activities, and assessments; use data to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure program quality and consistency.
