Qualifications

• MBA degree or J.D. licensure in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar and relevant graduate education.
• Experience or ability to teach BUS-115, BUS-116, BUS-217, and BUS-240.
• Proficiency in instructional technologies and LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, engaging instruction using appropriate teaching methods and technologies.
• Prepare for each class session and instructional hour.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
• Grade assignments, assessments, and examinations and provide timely feedback.
• Counsel and advise students regarding course performance, progress, and academic success.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
