Job summary

Responsibilities include presenting menus, handling allergy information, entering orders in POS, and maintaining bar cleanliness while upholding health and safety standards. Prior bartending experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartender experience or Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and regions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Inform guests of all specials, with prices.
• Solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests at the bar and lounge.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas and venue.
