Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, coordinating discovery, managing deadlines, revising contracts, and assisting with closings, under attorney supervision. The role requires sharp document skills, reliability, and the ability to move between matters with a collaborative team that values work/life balance.

Formación

• Prior law firm paralegal experience supporting both litigation and transactional matters.
• Strong document skills and deadline management.
• Experience with litigation procedures, e-filing, document production, and business transaction documentation.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; familiarity with case management and research platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, format, proofread, and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Coordinate electronic filing, service, and deadlines; manage calendars.
• Assist with drafting and revising contracts and closing materials.
• Support due diligence, closings, and corporate records under supervision.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized matter files.
