You will draft and organize pleadings, prepare closing documents, coordinate deposits, and assist with e-discovery and research under attorney supervision. A proactive, collaborative professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

Prior law firm paralegal experience supporting litigation and transactional matters.
Working knowledge of litigation procedures, e-filing, document production, and business transaction docs.
Strong proficiency in Word/Outlook/Excel; experience with case management, e-discovery, and legal research platforms.

Responsibilities

Prepare, format, proofread, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
Coordinate electronic filing, service, and document delivery; track court dates and deadlines.
Collect, organize, review documents; support productions, privilege review, and e-discovery using Everlaw or similar tools.
Prepare chronologies, summaries, indexes, deposition materials, and trial binders.
Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics with clients and witnesses.
