Job summary

CGS is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. The Paralegal will support the Legal department and report to the Office of General Counsel with detailed tasks across discovery, research, and drafting activities.

The role emphasizes highly professional communication, rigorous document review, and collaboration with attorneys on a wide range of matters, including complex litigation and compliance projects.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD or current ABA- accredited law school enrollment (minimum 1 year).
• At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support reporting to OGC; assist LITB/IALB under guidelines.
• Perform legal research and synthesize transcripts for attorney use.
