Job summary

CPI Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Advisor in Atlanta, GA to drive growth by selling security and automation solutions. You will articulate CPI Security's value, generate new opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting weekly appointment targets.

Candidates should bring 1–2 years of outside sales experience, strong communication, time management, and a results-driven mindset. Training is provided, and a robust benefits package accompanies this full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but training available.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Clear communication and professional credibility to influence sales leaders.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate CPI Security's value, product vision, and capabilities to customers.
• Self-generate opportunities in addition to company leads to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a weekly appointment schedule with accounts in the area.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and team to reach goals.
