JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Executive in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on accelerating sales growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will build relationships, promote parts, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with the broader team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related parts, sales, or service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sell, promote and provide exceptional service to new customers.
• Conduct at least 10 weekly sales calls on your route.
• Ensure prompt and reliable delivery of existing orders.
• Service existing accounts and communicate with clients to learn their needs.
• Explain parts features to customers and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Maintain thorough reports, quotes and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to create positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

• Selling, promoting, and providing exceptional service to new customers to ensure a positive experience with our products.
• Conducting a minimum of 10 sales cold calls a week within the assigned route to honor our commitment to expanding our customer base.
• Ensuring prompt and reliable delivery of existing orders for customers, upholding our commitment to honor customer commitments.
• Regularly servicing existing accounts and engaging in open communication with clients to foster lifelong learning about their needs.
• Discussing the use and features of various parts with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in reports, quoting, and other internal communication channels to exhibit good stewardship of information.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business
