WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Material Handler to ensure timely, accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders. You will operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and scanners, and use SPS/CVP systems to prepare orders for shipment.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and meeting daily production goals, with opportunities to work across departments as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retrieve items from racking accurately using handheld scanners and forklift equipment.
• Sort and consolidate picked items to prepare customer orders for shipment processing.
• Pack products accurately and securely using internal SPS system or CVP machines.
• Bundle and verify orders for shipment and operate the bundler system.
• Load and stack packages into trailers, verify carriers, and move palletized products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers following safety guidelines.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Flex into other positions as necessary to support operations.
