Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Material Handler to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will operate warehouse equipment, use handheld scanners, and work with SPS/CVP systems to prepare shipments.

The role requires 1 year of distribution experience, strong English communication, and a safety-conscious, team-oriented mindset. Starting wage is $23.50/hr with potential raises every 6 months. On-site position in the Dayton, NV area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work well solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking using handheld scanners or forklift.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products using SPS or CVP systems.
• Bundle and verify orders for shipment.
• Load and stack packages into trailers and verify carriers.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Follow company policies and be flexible to cover other duties.
